Beginning with assessment and reflection, sessions can include (individual sessions) reflection, support, Reiki, Sekhem, personal practices for health and wellness, amethyst bio mat.

Cost $115 +hst = $129.95 or three session package (save 10%) $310.50+hst = $350.87

A session is a simple yet profound experience. You relax, fully clothed, close your eyes. The practitioner will rest their hands gently on or around your body in different positions from your crown to your feet for healing energy to flow. Different techniques are used to guide and enhance the session.
In working with vibrational frequencies, connecting with universal life force energy, we presence what is important and arising in a safe, supported space to guide and enable you to receive for your greater and highest good.
During a session you may experience different sensations, deep relaxation, tingling, heat, breathing changes, a feeling of well being, release of emotions, remembering past experiences, vibrations in the body. Sessions have a cumulative effect and can bring long term beneficial changes as the person moves through the healing process. The energy is grounding and protecting, brings love and compassion, breaks down blocks, enhances a person’s true self and activates our natural ability to heal.
Following sessions, do really good self care! Drink plenty of water, bathing in epsom salts can help to release toxins, take good care of you, get enough rest and exercise, eat healthily and be kind and nurturing to yourself. Surround yourself with caring social support networks.
