What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a method that helps you to heal inherited family trauma and difficult emotions. It allows you to get right to the root of dysfunctional family patterns that replay in your family system, body, relationships and life. Our lives are made of a complex network of relationships with family members, friends, and coworkers. Family Constellations is the science of relationships that helps us to release ourselves from conflicts through consciousness.

It is a powerful methodology to free yourself from repetitive patterns, behaviours, emotions and limiting beliefs that are blocking your life in some way and you have unconsciously taken on from your family system.
 
How does it work?

In a Family Constellations individual or group session, we can perceive and organize what is in disarray, including excluded people, organize the hierarchy of precedence, and balance the exchange between people in the family system. The session shows us what is behind our problems, and we can use either people or figures to represent those people and problems to identify the main issues of conflict. Family Constellations Therapy is a holistic process that nurtures growth and understanding. It transcends traditional healing, focusing on mending the ties within family relationships. As a trained facilitator, I use visualization, movement, and guided meditation to illuminate and resolve the underlying dynamics in family systems.

Services:
1. Individual Sessions 
One-on-one sessions are for you who want to work on your issues privately.

During an online or in-person individual family constellations session, I, as the facilitator, will help you, the seeker, explore and understand your unconscious beliefs and emotions related to your family and personal history.

I may use various methods, such as representing family members with objects/figurines or standing in positions, to help you gain insight into your relationships and patterns.

The session aims to bring awareness to and resolve any entanglements or systemic issues impacting your life.

The online session is conducted through video conferencing calls and the in-person is conducted in a private setting where you and I can interact in person.
1:1 sessions take approximately 1:30-2 hours.



2. Workshops

In a group setting, participants often stand in for family members of the person undergoing therapy. This dynamic can lead to profound insights and emotional resolutions, as individuals project and process familial issues through these stand-ins.

I offer two types of Family Constellations Workshops: non-thematic and theme-based sessions.

In the non-thematic workshops, we set up constellations with topics/issues that arise from participants.

In theme-based workshops, we work together on a particular topic/issue to provide insights and generate inner shifts that will improve your life.

By observing participants representing family members or aspects of your issue, subconscious dynamics and new paths toward solutions are revealed.

There is a resonance among group members; every constellation we set up will connect with hidden ancestral memories in the group.

Workshops take approximately 3-4 hours.
