Tibetan medicine is an ancient healing tradition from Tibet. Over the millennia, Tibetan Medicine has evolved into a profound philosophy, psychology, science, and art. It is a holistic system where every individual is unique, and healing is specifically aims to find out the very root cause of the problem. The mind and body relationship are very important aspect of Tibetan Medicine. It is closely interconnected with Buddhist philosophy of interdependence of human body, mind, and nature and practice of 4 immeasurable qualities of love, joy, compassion, and equanimity.

I graduated from Men-Tsee-Khang; (mentseekhang.org) a Tibetan Medical and Astro science Institute in Dharamsala, India in 2001. Since then, I served as a resident Tibetan medicine doctor in branch clinics in Mumbai, Shillong, Bengaluru for twelve years where I provided consultation of 50-60 patients daily. In 2012, I was awarded the Menrampa degree (equivalent to a master’s degree in Tibetan Medicine) from Men Tsee Khang. In 2014, I worked in Dharamsala in MTK’s publication and documentation department in Dharamsala where I translated ancient Ayurvedic medical treatises to Tibetan language. From 2016 to 2018, I held the position of Senior Sowa Rigpa specialist (holistic wellness) in Vana, now six senses vana https://www.sixsenses.com a reputed wellness center in Dehradun, India where I oversaw the Tibetan Medicine department. I served as a resident Tibetan Medicine doctor in https://www.lhunkhangtibetanhealingcentre.com from 2018 to 2021 in New Delhi, India.
Over the years, I have been invited to hold lectures, consultation, and teachings in Tibetan medicine to non-Tibetan audiences in Austria https://www.tibetzentrum.at, Germany, and many countries across Europe.
