I offer an honest, compassionate, and collaborative space where we examine and engage with your challenges and conflicts. I am curious about how you make sense of your experiences, what’s truly important to you, and how you want to live. If you’re grappling with your thoughts and feelings, unpacking and understanding your experiences can lead to greater clarity on the ways ahead. My approach is supportive and challenging, empathic and direct.

I work intergratively and draw upon existential and psychodynamic thought. I qualified with a Masters in Dance Movement Psychotherapy (UK) and am a Doctoral student in Existential Psychotherapy & Counselling (UK). I have worked with diverse populations and settings in the UK, Singapore, and here in Toronto. In addition to talk therapy, I sometimes offer creative and movement-based facilitation for times when words aren’t enough. As I travel through life and places, I am in awe of the breadth and depth of the human experience. I’d be honoured to support you in your journey as we discover your inner wisdom.
