Making Friends with Anxiety, with Craig Mollins

Anxiety has it’s own patterns and rhythms. Like a storm that shakes up the environment, anxiety arises, but then naturally it subsides. However when we resist the feelings of anxiety we keep the storm of anxiety alive. By resisting anxiety we keep it energized longer than it might otherwise last.
The Making Friends with Anxiety workshop gives you tools to actually experience anxiety with some amount of friendly acceptance. This is not necessarily easy to do, but on the other hand, just trying gets you on the path, and suddenly anxiety is not so much of a monster. Since you turned and faced anxiety and decided to take an honest look, suddenly the experience is less threatening, and suddenly you feel you have more power in the situation.
