This 4-week workshop series will introduce you to strategies to increase productivity and overall wellbeing. We will explore practical neuroscience and mindfulness tools that target social and emotional learning (SEL), including the five key elements: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
When mindfulness is applied to the most pressing issues in our relationships, communities, organizations, and the world, we learn to respond rather than react, we understand ourselves better and change from the inside out. With this deeper self awareness we are present to the signals that have us step back, pause, anchor and restore ourselves with kindess and compassion, for ourselves and others.
