Hands-on lessons consist of gentle touch and moving the body within its comfort zone resulting in the release of chronic muscle contractions and realignment of the skeleton by connecting with the central nervous system. The object is to create a balanced and integrated system.
Group classes of verbally guided movement lessons provide variations that are easy without the need for special equipment, and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. They are a process of discovering new abilities and perspective on oneself.
