Based on the ancient teachings of meditation, iRest Yoga Nidra is an evidence based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being.
This guided, body centered, meditative technique is practiced while resting comfortably, either lying down or seated. It may be practiced to relax deeply, release stress, support physical and psychological healing, as well as enabling us to recognize our innate peace that is always present amidst the changing circumstances of life.
