Connecting with Divine, experiencing peace, joy and love within with movement, meditation and deep listening to ourselves and to each other - to be oneself more fully and to live a fulfilling life.
Movement practices include gently guided mindful movement and freestyle dance to beautiful music. There are no structured steps to movement, we are guided to listen to ourselves/to our embodied soul and to allow the movement to unfold from within.
No meditation, dance or other experience is needed to participate.
