After-work Yoga with Sarah Moore
Mondays 6-7pm
Join us Monday evenings to shake off the workday! Follow poses that allow your body to unwind, decompress and open. Whether you’ve spent your day seated at a computer or running off your feet, you’ll notice your body return to a neutral and natural alignment. This is a gentle class with a focus on stretching, strengthening and releasing. Beginners are welcome.

Sarah Moore has been a student of yoga for over 16 years; she recently decided to deepen her practice and share her passion for yoga by becoming an instructor. A graduate of the Yogaspace Teacher Training Program, she was trained in Vinyasa and Hatha styles, and has completed advanced training in Restorative Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga, studying under senior instructors Kathryn Beet, Patricia White and Hali Schwartz. Sarah teaches both group classes and private sessions tailored to the unique needs of individual students. Sarah is also a registered practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association and is currently studying reflexology with the Ontario College of Reflexology. Sarah enjoys challenging herself on a regular basis and last year founded Beyond Your Comfort Zone, a group of like-minded individuals who embark on various 30-day challenges each month.
