Fall 2010  'Living in the Light', with Stephanie Cookson, Ciru Thompson, Hazel Walker and Lisa Hartt-Spillane

The day focused on deepening connection with Spirit, the earth, our own centre and practices as we created sacred space within and around us;

Kundalini Yoga Practice for balance, strength and grace. We shared in gentle movement, meditation and mantra.

Learning about Shamanic journeying, using shamanic tools and the Reiki Principles. Taking a sonic journey guided by rattle and drum.

Creating a human web of light, journeying with sound, meditation and spoken word. Experiencing the interconnectedness of all life as light.

Spring 2010  'Expanding Your Intuition and Distance Healing', with Stephanie Cookson, Jackie Wright and athena

This was a great day of learning to awaken and expand our gifts of intuition and long distance healing, of meeting our guides, of enhancing our relationships through intuition, and of sharing energy for personal healing through the Reiki circle.

Best about the day: "The energy, the mix of people, the messages;  The flow and presentations, keeping the animal cards as a gift;  good energy, great topics.  The sharing of information, knowledge in an honouring, informative relaxedenvironment.  Fantastic topics, learning and opportunity for practice, being together.  Meeting your guides.  The workshops were all great, the fellowship of like minded people is the best. Loved all of it."
